Arizona Eggs Ecstasy 

Ingredients:

10 Eggs (Mixed well)

Ass Kickin’ salsa

10 Tablespoons of sour cream

2 tablespoons of butter

½ to 1 cup of chopped onions (optional)

Red bell pepper (optional)

Mushrooms (optional)

Salami (optional)

Cheddar cheese (optional)

Melt butter in a baking dish. Spread the sour cream over the butter and pour in the egg mixture with the optional ingredients. Bake at 180c for 40 to 50 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before covering with the Ass Kickin’ salsa. Cut into squares and serve with warm tortillas, toast, potatoes or pinto beans.
