Ass Kickin’ Roasted Garlic Mushrooms


1 Ib Large mushrooms

1 Ib Italian sausage or mince

1 Small chopped onion

8 oz Cream cheese

3 Tablespoons of Ass Kickin’ roasted garlic hot sauce


Remove stems from mushrooms, chop and sauté with onions. Remove from pan when onions are soft. Cook sausage well, drain, and break into small pieces. Return to pan with onion mixture. Add cream cheese and cook on low heat until cream cheese melts.

Mix in three tablespoons of Ass Kickin’ garlic sauce. Stuff each mushroom centre with mixture. Place evenly on a cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 180c
