Hot Stuffed Peppers with Habanero (or ghost pepper!) hot sauce

6 bell peppers, any color

5 tbsp. olive oil

1 tsp. salt

1 onion chopped

1 clove of garlic chopped

1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese

1 lb. ground beef

1 1/2 cups cooked rice

1 cup ketchup

1 or 2 tablespoons of Wiltshire chilli farms habanero for mild

Or

1 or 2 tablespoons of Satan’s sweat naga sauce for Hot!

Heat oven to 350 Farenheit. Remove tops and seeds from bell peppers and place in boiling water for 10 minutes to soften. In large skillet place oil, onions and garlic, saute 2-3 minutes. Add ground beef, salt and either Habanero or Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce. Cook until all pink disappears. Mix in rice, cheese, ketchup and salt. Stuff peppers and place in a baking dish. Bake at 180 Celsius for 35-45 minutes.
